Home Use Renewal

I haven't seen a recent thread on this. I've been loving my Home Use UTM for the past 3 years. But last week my license lapsed. Am I am now downgraded to the firewall only.

I've sent an email to licensing requesting a renewal but have yet to hear anything. Is this still the best method?

If you don't have all of the options as active like what vilic's screenshot is, then you either got the wrong ISO and installed it, or you have a problem with the Home Use license.
