Home Use Renewal

I haven't seen a recent thread on this.  I've been loving my Home Use UTM for the past 3 years. But last week my license lapsed. Am I am now downgraded to the firewall only.

I've sent an email to licensing requesting a renewal but have yet to hear anything.  Is this still the best method?

  • Just delete your license in the myutm. After that you can create a new one.

    That didn't work. My only option was to create a UTM SW Essential Firewall license for me.

    Now I have even fewer features available. [:(]
