How to change myUtm email address?

From day 1, Sophos has had an incorrect email address for me.
I have tried to log into myUTM and change it, but there's no way to change the email, it is fixed.  You can change your name, address, but not the email address.  It's bizarre.

I sent an email to nsglicensing@sophos.com and got no response.

I'm at a loss.

  • Are you talking about for your license? 

    Or are you talking about the "your administrator is" address?

    For the later go to:

    Management\System Settings\Organizational

    On the other, just log into your account and change it.
