Update from 9.309-3 to 9.313-3

Hi,

I ´ve got an question about the update 9.313-3.
The update contains a update for OpenSSL 1.0.1o and a RED Update.

Are there any hints, when I upate our two Sophos UTMs, that span a RED Tunnel between our HQ and RemoteOffice?

When I update one of the UTMs to the latest version, will the RED Tunnel still work or will I run in some problemes, because of the version differnce? 
So when I start the update, would it be better to start with the remote Location, just for the case that the RED Tunnel goes down after the update, and after I finshed the update on both UTMs (HQ and RemoteOffice / no version differnce) the tunnel will work again!?
