Netbook usage with Sophos Firewall UTM

Hi. I'm interested in using the Sophos Firewall UTM Home edition and would like to use a Netbook. Will the hardware work? I think from reading another post that NICs will be the biggest problem. I can use the internal NIC for WAN, but would need a USB NIC for LAN. 

Couple other questions:

Does the country block IP addresses update? Since country IP addressee change all the time. Can the country blocks use IPv6 addresses as well?

Can I change the WAN MAC address if I need to in the firewall? This is important so that I can get a new IP address form my ISP since my ISP uses the MAC address to issue a IP address and when I use the MAC address clone feature in the router I can get a new IP address. I like to cycle my external IP once in a while and sometimes I have to because my ISP's server mess up or something or it could be a lease issue and I have to acquire a new IP address.

    I have been running mine at home for a few years on a barebones Atom D25 Foxconn machine I bought from Newegg for under $100.  I threw in 4Gb of RAM and a half-height PCI Ethernet card for the second NIC and it has been working great for my home unit.  Total cost was around $195 total if I remember correctly, although that does not include HDD (I used the one I replaced when I upgraded my PS3).  I am sure my specific model is no longer sold, but the probably have similar ones with better processors now.  look under the "barebones" and "small form factor" headings.
