Netbook usage with Sophos Firewall UTM

Hi. I'm interested in using the Sophos Firewall UTM Home edition and would like to use a Netbook. Will the hardware work? I think from reading another post that NICs will be the biggest problem. I can use the internal NIC for WAN, but would need a USB NIC for LAN. 

Couple other questions:

Does the country block IP addresses update? Since country IP addressee change all the time. Can the country blocks use IPv6 addresses as well?

Can I change the WAN MAC address if I need to in the firewall? This is important so that I can get a new IP address form my ISP since my ISP uses the MAC address to issue a IP address and when I use the MAC address clone feature in the router I can get a new IP address. I like to cycle my external IP once in a while and sometimes I have to because my ISP's server mess up or something or it could be a lease issue and I have to acquire a new IP address.

    Thanks for the info. Looks like a netbook won't be a viable candidate then as the RAM requirements won't be meant and Atom CPUs are slow. 

    What would be a good low power small computer I could use that isn't very expensive? Something that is at least under $250. I can't afford much. 

    The MAC address change feature looks good. I originally thought of running Untangle, but Untangle doesn't have a good way of changing the MAC. So I'm happy with this info.
