Replaced the Chassis and now nowthing works

I wanted to put my UTM in a 1U rack mountable aluminum chassis and got stuck at the Quad card Intel with 4 NICs. The 90 degree right angle riser was bad and it would not position the card in slot, so went back to same case I was before. Now the QUAD Intel card where I have the external and internal interface shuts down when sophos UTM boots up. If I reboot and go to BIOS the card works fine and the links come up going to the switch and comacast modem. Not sure what to do at this point. The card is not bad. and if I boot and login locally with root account ifconfig -all shows all 4 NICs.

Is there a way to launch the management GUI locally so I can see what's going on?

I have system backups in the internal drive. If I reset to factory defaults will I be able to recover from latest backup? I'm still confused as of how this happened. All I did was pulled the Quad NIC out and back in and now the links on the NICs come up initally and then no LED at all they go dark. I can get as root on system though but not sure if I can recover it this way.

Save the backup off to your laptop/workstation before doing the factory reset, to be safe.

It is fixed now. I logged in as root on console and issued a backup.plx -n cfg_***x -i which was last night's system's backup. It restored immediately. Rebooted after and all returned to normal.

Looks like system was corrupt or something happened during the hardware move. I transferred everything now back into the 1U case and rack mounted it

It is working very good.
