Slow Webadmin after upgrade from 9.212 to 9.312

After I updated our HA setup from 9.212 to 9.312, I've noticed that the Webadmin gets pretty laggy once our CPU gets to around 20%, which happens during normal work hours (usually fluctuates between 15-30%).   Actual internet traffic doesn't seem to be affected yet, just the webadmin console.  It's making it difficult to make changes though, as it can sometime sit there for quite a while before the page finally comes up.   I could understand if it was happening if the CPU was getting close to max, but only at 20%?       

I'm not overly concerned yet as long as the users don't notice, has anyone else had any issues with a similar setup?    Thanks!

    what are hte usage stats?  How many users?  which modules are active?  Specifically what is the swap usage?

    Its home user 20 users 2 network 192.168.1.0/24 and 192.168.2.0/24
    How do I check the swap usage.

    How do I check the swap usage
    Logging & Reporting > Hardware.  I highly recommend to new users or even one who've run UTM for awhile, but rarely administer it to take 10 minutes and click through every single page in the interface.  Doesn't take long, but will give a greater understanding of what is where and save a lot of hair pulling later on.

    This could easily be a swap and/or RAM issue.

    Look on the log, up until the time I stop web filtering:
    CPU - 100%
    swap use - peek at 62%
    Memory use - peek at 80%
    Network use:
    Interface Usage Internal (eth0) (inbound) 1.21 Mbps 0.00 bps 19.50 kbps 0.00 bps
    Interface Usage Internal (eth0) (outbound) 26.39 Mbps 0.00 bps 332.08 kbps 11.00 bps

    you need more ram. if your machine can handle it go to 8 gigs.  4 gigs is the absolute minimum.

    I have the astaro 320 (hardware) with home user Sophos  9.313-3 on it with 1GB, where can I get more memory for it? and can it go up to 8GB?

    Places that sells memory, like Newegg.

    What revision 320 is it?  Should say on a sticker on the bottom.  If you could give the first 6 digits of the serial number (like A02009), we could know for certain.  With only 1GB, I'm guessing it's a rev 1.  With a rev 1, you could go up to 2GB RAM as I recall.  It'll still be slow, but better than just 1GB).  You would be much better off putting together a new system with modern hardware.

    I have the Rev 5 of the UTM425 (8GB memory), usually 200-400 users throughout the day, and the only modules I'm using are the Network Protection (Firewall/NAT), Web Protection and Webserver Protection for a few servers.   Swap usage maxes at 23%, memory usage maxes around 50%.
