UTM 220 rev.5 and 9.3

so... it seems that is not recommended to upgrade to 9.3 for UTM 220 users?

We have:
Web Proxy for 3 interfaces
SMTP proxy (350 received emails/day)
IPS enabled
2 concurrent ssl vpn
4 wi-fi network 
8 access points (5 ap30, 3 ap10)
80 active ip 
1 mail server
1 web server


From reports:
CPU: avg:6% max 60%
memory: avg 67% max 72
swap: avg 54% max 60

my connection: 30mbit fiber
