New UTM 9 Home install can't access https port 443

First of all, I must admit I don't know much about this, so any help is greatly appreciated.

I've got a new install of UTM 9 home running in a hyper-v environment.

All seems to be functioning as expected with the except I am unable to access the UTM with HTTPS port 443 through internal or external ip addresses.

I am able to get to it through https port 4444 internally and externally without any problem.

I have disabled the firewall on the host machine.

I have opened up the firewall on the UTM with any source, any service, and any destination.

I have monitored the firewall log and there doesn't seem to be any traffic being blocked associated with https port 443.

It doesn't seem to be firewall related.

Does anyone have any ideas where to look next?

    What have you set for Network Settings at Management > User Portal > Advanced?  Also, what is in Allowed Networks at Management > User Portal > Global?

    Many times it winds up that using 443 for the User Portal conflicts with other services that use the same port.  Even though the documentation says that you can use 443, many folks make life easier on themselves by changing the port used to something greater than 1024.  For example, like WebAdmin uses 4444, you could use 4445 for the User Portal.  This avoids any issues with conflicts.
