ASG 425 crashed and replaced with UTM 425

I didn't have any off appliance backup of the ASG 425 but I do have the drive and volumes mounted. Can the existing snapshots be restored to the UTM 425? I tried to upload the latest snapshot from root volume \var\confd\var\storage\snapshots but it indicated it needed to be a ebf or abf file.

If you have support which I do assume you do with a 425, I suggest you contact support. I am sure they will help you faster than the forums.
