Hello, I have an ASG120 that I am trying to configure and having some trouble. It is currently attached with WAN to the Internet connection and LAN to a switch that includes some hardwired devices and a Linksys e3000 wireless router. The only service currently turned on is the web firewall.
Problem 1: There is an Xbox One that is connected by the wired connection through the switch to the LAN port. A PC on that wired network works fine. The Xbox shows that it is connected to the LAN and has the correct IP addressing. But it can't get out to the Internet.
Problem 2: I have a Dropcam that is connected through the wireless router that is connected to the LAN through the switch that is connected to the ASG. My phone wireless connects to the Internet just fine, but the ASG doesn't seem to want to let the Dropcam through.
I am guessing that there are some ports that need to be opened, but I am not having luck finding that information or how to do it. Any help is greatly appreciated!
