Route traffic through Sophos UTM on VM on same machine? How?

I'm running a Windows8 with VMWare and trying out Sophos UTM now for 30 days. I'm wondering if (and how in that case) I can run the UTM as a VM on this pc and route the traffic from this pc through the UTM?

How would I go about setting it up in that case?

Yes. Are you running ESXi on bare metal where both Win8 and the UTM will be VMs?
