Where do I configure DHCP exclusions?

I setup DHCP on the internal interface, but I want to setup some exclusions for things on the network that I know are out there and within in the DHCP range.

These were setup before on a Windows DHCP server so I knew right where to look, but can't seem to find a DHCP exclusions range option on the SOPHOS.  It's a SG210 model.

    What I did was just set up static entries for devices within the DHCP range.

    Network Services > DHCP > IPv(4) Lease Table.  Click the Static Entries button next to each one.

    I am guessing you want them the same IP address within your scope in DHCP?  If so, that's the easiest way for me while still letting DHCP maintain the addresses.
