User Portal Access from internal network fails

I have SG230 UTM setup so the user portal uses https://company website.
Which is the same as the domain name on the UTM.  The company website is only using HTTP.  My exchange services come in on another IP.
I added an the external domain name in the internal DNS server so the website points at the webserver on the internal network when the external domain name is put in the browser.  I cannot get the user portal to work from internal network.  how do I fix this

    Any idea on which way to go to fix this.  Which hostname should I change?  Do I not want to use my public DNS name for either hostname entry?  I believe the lacuna between my ears is getting larger the longer I wrestle with this firewall.
