Upgrade RAM on UTM (ASG) 110/120 Rev.4

Hi, 
I notice that out UTM 120 is often running high usage on RAM and occasionally maxes out which drops the connection to our remote site (connected through a RED 10) 

looking at the hardware it looks like it is possible to upgrade the memory from a 1 to a 2GB DDR2-667 SO-DIMM (which is only about £20)

However I wanted to check if anyone has successfully done this before and how it affects the warranty (or our future option to upgrade the hardware with a trade in)?

I have tried contacting our hardware supplier but they didn't want to talk about it.

    it is possible to upgrade the ram yourself and it works... BUT:

    - you loose warranty (if you still have cause 110/120 is EOL)
    - trade in only possible with origin config
    - installing with an iso only possible with the origin ram installed

    you loose your support if you tell sophos you did update that...

    i have updated my utm220rev5 ha-cluster from 2gig to 4gig... runs well...
