VHD on SSD, minimize wear?

I would like to keep this VHD on an SSD. What are the appropriate settings so that writes will be minimized? Is it good practice to give UTM a relatively small fixed VHD, around 5 or 10 gigabytes? I don't want it to do any caching or logging; just need filtering, protection, and VPN. Thanks!

Well, the web filtering does caching and the UTM logs a large amount of information. The minimum recommended disk size is 40GB. If you are going to use UTM on an SSD, you'd best get an enterprise level one that can deal with all of the read/write cycles.
