Network problem

Hello,

I currently experiencing a performance problem with my virtual Astaro installed on an ESXi 5.5.
I have a Teamspeak server and a game server behind.
On the Teamspeak server, users are disconnected when there are several people connected.
On the game server, players have big lags.
If I put the servers, live on the Internet (bypassing the Astaro), no problem.

Performance:
Firmware Version: 9308-16
RAM: 2G
NIC: VMXNET3 (I try with E1000, same problem)
License: Home User (7/50 active ip)
Active HA (2 VM)

Do you have any idea?
