UTM 9.311 soft-released

Hi

the 9.311 has been uploaded to FTP.

It only provides support for new SG1xx rev2 and SG210 rev2 appliances, and is mandatory for next 9.312 release

9.312 is also released on ftp

It seems that is not available anymore in ftp server. I'm waiting for this up2date before upgrading to 9.3, reading known issue list it probably will fix a large quantity of opened bugs... I hope it will be finally a stable release.
