downgrade 9.3 to 9.2 possible ?

Hello ,

i am not sure about major version can be downgraded .
If i am using 9.3x latest version can i go back to 9.2 by editeing /etc/version file ?

9.2 isn't going to solve your issues..stick with 9.3 and get things correctly configured.
