LTE as Backup Interent for UTM

Hello,
I have a UTM 220 that I'm trying to use with a Verizon LTE device as a backup internet connection.  It is an LG VL600 USB LTE device.  I plugged it in but the UTM doesn't recognize it.  This is the ID:

Bus 001 Device 002: ID 1004:61aa LG Electronics, Inc. 


Support couldn't help get it to work either.  So I was going to purchase a replacement from Verizon.  But support won't even tell me which ones will work with it or if the ones Verizon sells will work with it, meaning I'd have to buy them and return them if they don't work.  

It looks like Verizon has two right now:

A Pantech UML 295 and a Verizon USB modem 551L (doesn't list manufacturer, but lists the chipset as MDM9600).   The Pantech appears to support more bands.

Does anyone know if either of those work with the UTM 220?  I am running the very latest firmware.

    Well, both these do list/publish the chipset right on their website, so assuming that data is still accurate, which one would work:

    The Pantech lists this:

    Chipset: Qualcomm MDM9615 + WTR1605L


    The other line lists:

    Chipset: MDM9600



    They should at least be able to list some of them that are supported.  The chipsets are indeed published.

    I use a Cradlepoint IBR600 and set it as my standby interface.  So far it works great, but haven't had any real-life outages yet.  I can simulate an outage and the IBR picks up and sends the traffic over Verizon's LTE network.  My normal internet comes back and it flips back.  

    The Cradlepoint is tied to my Verizon Family plan with the 4G card.  NOTE: 4G/LTE does not provide an IP address back down through their network unless you pay $500 to get a static IP SIM card.  So your DYNDNS or any other servers hosted on your network will not work.  I was okay with that since I didn't want people streaming from my plex server while on 4G anyways.  I do however, want to be able to reach the internet or make a Lync call when my primary internet is out....also, works great for my Security system which sits on my network too.
