LTE as Backup Interent for UTM

Hello,
I have a UTM 220 that I'm trying to use with a Verizon LTE device as a backup internet connection.  It is an LG VL600 USB LTE device.  I plugged it in but the UTM doesn't recognize it.  This is the ID:

Bus 001 Device 002: ID 1004:61aa LG Electronics, Inc. 


Support couldn't help get it to work either.  So I was going to purchase a replacement from Verizon.  But support won't even tell me which ones will work with it or if the ones Verizon sells will work with it, meaning I'd have to buy them and return them if they don't work.  

It looks like Verizon has two right now:

A Pantech UML 295 and a Verizon USB modem 551L (doesn't list manufacturer, but lists the chipset as MDM9600).   The Pantech appears to support more bands.

Does anyone know if either of those work with the UTM 220?  I am running the very latest firmware.

    They can't.  It's not based off the carrier or the model, it is based off the chips inside and the carriers don't publish that information.  In fact, carriers will frequently change the chipset used in the same model for different production runs based on the cheapest one available at the time.
