We currently have a UTM instance in AWS that is on version 9.210.
Whenever update to anything above 9.304, after the instance reboots it becomes inaccessible and failed AWS system failure instance checks.
We had a previous development version that updated with no issues, the only difference we can see is that 9.212 was not released at that time.
We have seen the known issues page for upgrading from 9.*** -> 9.304 and attempted the fix suggested however nothing seems to work.
What could be causing the instance to become inaccessible?
