SNMP Linux Meminfo shows < 10 % available of 4 GB

Hi all,

I have been running Sophos for half a year at home now and is generally happy with it. For the last month I have used prtg to monitor my network and devices. The meminfo sensor show me some weird values, all though I have 2x2 GB sticks in my box and it show 26% of 3.8 GB in use. Prtg reports that I have less than 10 percent available, and I cannot figure out how this works.

I will attach some pictures from my sensor if that is for any help. I thought the problem was fixed in the last update as you can see in the first picture, but now its down again.

Any suggestions is greatly appreciated.

Br,
Jonas

  • What does WebAdmin show?  Is PTRG using the Sophos MIB?

WebAdmin shows 28 % usage. PRTG uses SNMP. If thats a version of MIB, then yes.
