Had an SG125 appliance on demo and have now purchased for a client. We have received the Sophos License Schedule and the only info it has is the license number - L000******.
When I follow the getting started directions and go to the UTM portal to create a new license the only license info that it will accept is an activation code - ACT-******x-yyyyyyyyy.
Demo license has expired and a new license file will be required to access the appliance. When I received a demo extension sales had to e-mail the license file for me to import.
Do I need to receive another license file from sales or support or do I need an activation file? This licensing/activation process does not seem very well documented or maybe I am missing something simple. I called support and left a message but have not heard back from them. Thanks in advance for any insight.
