Mini-ITX + dual Intel LAN motherboard

Looking to build a mini-itx box for home use and install the UTM... My main stumbling block is finding a mini-itx motherboard that has dual on board Intel NICS.

The only one I can find so far is the Intel DQ77KB but I cannot find this for sale anywhere (I am in the UK).

Does anyone know of another mini-itx motherboard with dual on-board Intel NICS?

    is a Slim-PC an option for you?
    Look at Shuttle DS57U with two Intel NIC (i218LM and i211)

    IIRC, Some of the Shuttle's have an onboard card reader which confuses the installer.

    if the Card-Reader can be diabled in BIOS, is where another Point in your opinion against this Hardware?

    Just because it is disabled in the bios does not always mean the Linux kernel won't find it. I have seen that more than once I would advise against using the shuttle machine for any kind of serious limited drivers set security application like UTM.

    A user posted here in the last few months and could not get the UTM installed on a Shuttle PC.

    He did not believe the card reader could be disabled.

    I'm not sure if that ended up being the problem or not; search here for 'shuttle' and you should find it.

    the NICs: Intel 82574L
    Card-Reader is not onboard an can be unpluged.

    I get it for 299€

    In first step i can't install: the sub-board with the cardreader let me not get a clear setup.
    After unplug the sub-board the installation works fine and all is ok.
    The Systems works fine.

    Just as another point of reference, I have the Supermicro X10SBA-L-O mounted in an Antec ISK110 (I think) and 8GB RAM.  My connection recently got upgraded to 100/10, and it will easily do 125Mb/s on Comcast's speed test.  This is with all main features running.  It's almost silent, save for what I think is a dying hard drive (no fans).  The CPU is spiking, showing something like 40% use, so I don't know it could go much faster.  Someone on a pfsense board ran a test that said something like 250Mb/s VPN, though I think they did get near line speed for just transfer--but probably not with Snort enabled.

    Hi,
    I also bought a Zenion 1037 mini PC. The installation went smooth:
    - I prepared a 9.310-11.1 ISO with asg2asi.sh
    - I unplugged the card reader from the mainboard
    - I installed the ISO with an external USB DVD drive
    - I restored my configuration

    The only thing bothering me is that about every 3 hours my Zenion reboots with no apparent reason. Email:

    System was restarted
    Reason: (unknown)


    I have the impression it might be related to the system getting too hot - it's located in my basement (about 18°C room temp), but the Zenion aluminum case feels rather warm. Another explanation could be a glitch in the external power supply power cycling the Zenion. I hope I can find the cause soon...

    @Robert: have you experienced something similar?

    Update: The reboots are random. Sometimes only 4 minutes apart, sometimes 4 hours.
