Mini-ITX + dual Intel LAN motherboard

Looking to build a mini-itx box for home use and install the UTM... My main stumbling block is finding a mini-itx motherboard that has dual on board Intel NICS.

The only one I can find so far is the Intel DQ77KB but I cannot find this for sale anywhere (I am in the UK).

Does anyone know of another mini-itx motherboard with dual on-board Intel NICS?

    Urn does not just reboot unless it is something major like a hardware issue or bad power.  Considering the OP said the case is getting warm I would think this is a heat issue.
