invalid username or password - after apply system_password_reset

It appears very strange today.

Actually I freshly installed a UTM9 in a VM for testing and install another VM (running Win 7) in another VM.

All the settings are completed. I can login from VM (running Win 7).

But after some times (around 1 hour) later, when I use the VM (running win 7) again I cannot login by using admin. 

Then I follow a support document to perform cc, RAW and system_password_reset.

Again go back to the VM (running Win 7), it asks me to change the new password, I did.

But..... same thing, still saying "invalid username or password"

What can it happen and anyone know how to fix?
