Network troubles internal network nic

Hello,

i'm havin troubles with my internal network nic. I'm running a ASG 220 with Firmware 9.308-16.
Sometimes we are loosing the network connection to the nic completely causing loose of connectivity from our LAN to the outside as well as from the outside / remote offices to the internal network (via site 2 site).
After a few seconds / minutes the connection is available again with bad latency and after another minute or so everything is back to normal.

Which logs should i dig into?

  • That sounds more like a hardware problem.
Have you tried connecting directly to the UTM (without switch or long cables)? Are the pings still bad?
    Have you checked all cables?

Also try to check the load on the shell (via SSH) with the command top.
