All features disabled on essentials license

Anyone having issues with all the features being disabled when applying the UTM essentials license? I spun up a fresh 9.306-6 install in VMware and applied the license I received a week or two ago, but afterward every feature shows disabled except Endpoint AntiVirus. I also tried the UTM home edition license with the same result.

All/most features disabled when applying the Essentials license sounds normal. Perhaps a screenshot and more details on the features you expect with such a license would help. See https://community.sophos.com/products/unified-threat-management/astaroorg/f/52/t/29800

Date issues could also contribute to an active license not matching expectations (functionally expired).

Ah I see. Both the essentials and home license files I downloaded recently have nothing in there for features. I think maybe I did something wrong, but it looks like the home license is the one I'm after. I'll try again.

EDIT: yeah got a new home license e-mailed and it seems to have the parts which were missing from the last one
