can i add a wireless usb NIC to UTM 9.XX

hello,
i am trying to add a wireless interface card to utm 9.3 but the card does not show up in ethernet---hardware list.

can i add a wireless usb NIC?

USB ethernet, yes, but USB wireless, highly unlikely and not supported. UTM has a very small and limited range of drivers available to it. Look back through this forum and you might be able to find a thread or two of external NICs that others have tried. It would NEED to be one that uses the exact same chipset that is used in the UTM appliances with built-in wireless.

Be aware that the UTM's OS is not plug-n-play. To add a new device type you must re-install from ISO so that the driver is loaded.
