IPS & BW problem

Hi!

If i enable IPS all rules (yes i need this all 22*** rules) in have problem with speed download.

What can i do. 

I have I5 , ssd disk and 16GB memory

p.s.: i have add picture with ips and app filtring on!

MY ISP speed is 200/50 Mb on this location
