New setup of 9.1

I am looking to set up a new small business utm firewall with the following hardware any one have any news if will work with 150mb/150mb pipe from fios.

Supermicro SuperServer 5018A-MHN4 (Black)
    IntelRegistered AtomTm Processor C2758
    CPU TDP 20W (8-Core)
    FCBGA 1283  System-on-Chip
   Supports up to 64GB DDR3 ECC or non-ECC memory (will run 8gb).

any ideas would be great.

    I've seen reports of single-stream IPS throughput of 105mbps using a Rangeley Atom CPU. 
    Multiple users should be able to achieve higher peak throughput.

    If you want better than that, look at a fast Haswell or Broadwell i3 or i5, and note idle system power should still be under 30 watts.

    Good NICs (Intel or Broadcom) are also critical.

    2. which features will be enabled (IPS, Web Filter, A/V, SMTP, ...)?

    IMO the core security of UTM is ips, web filter with dual scan a/v, ips/ application visibility and atp.  for 150/150 you are going to need more cpu.  I would suggest no less than a haswell DC celey 2.5 ghz or faster.
