Install.tar error

I have tried the install using the internal CD drive in the HP DC 7700 desktop, an external USB CD drive, a 4gb USB thumb drive, and mounting the install folder. I get the same error message. I also, tried with 2 different version asg-9.304-9.1.iso and asg-9.306-6.1.iso.

I check the ISO was burned to the CD at 4x speed and I "rufus-1.4.12" to create the USB drive.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Do I need to create Firewall and DNAT rules or just 1 of the 2?
    You should only need DNAT if you are hosting something on your internal network that is being served to the internet.  You will need Firewall rules though.  For home use, Internal (Network) --- Any --- Internet IPv4 is a basic rule.

    Do I need to edit the masquerading settings?
      Yes, you will need a Masq rule.  Internal (Network) --- Your WAN
