UTM update failed

I tried to update utm but the error appears... I tried to deleted downloaded files and download it again but no help.... Also tried to restart UtM..
Any idea?

What version are you on? What result do you get from the following?
ls /var/up2date/sys

I'm on 9.304-9. When I do ls /var/up2date/sys I get four updates listed in picture I attached....

That's one of the possibilities I suspected.

In WebAdmin, configure the firmware download interval to "annual." At the command line as root:
cd /var/up2date/sys
rm *211003-304011.tgz.gpg
/sbin/auisys.plx --showdesc

Now you can UP2Date to the latest version in WebAdmin. Don't forget to set the download interval after you've done the Up2date.

Thanks Balfson... I succeeded in installing updates. Why first update was the problem...? How did you know that? Is it known issue?

It's a known issue. The problem was the 9.211x -->9.304x up2date file.

Submitted a Tech Support Case lately from the Support Portal?
