UTM stopped working while up2date

Hello,
tonight I noticed that suddenly all interfaces stopped responding on ping, smtp and some AP didn't work too. I found that exacty in this moment UTM was performing an update. This situation for about 10 minutes.

how is it possible that an automatic update gets this situation?? is Avira the responsible?

    Hi Barry. No particular ram usage. After up2date it was lower. Cpu at 60% during this operation. Reading logs, at least smtp and ips was restarted, but I think it was part of update process, I got no notifications about non responding services.

    This unit was on for 24 hours, I got it in rma. Probably it was rhe first up2date task. It may explain this behaviour?

    I'd talk to support.

    up2dates can make the system and disk very busy, but it shouldn't be that bad.

    I just started having this problem myself in the last week. It's happened twice now within a week. I should also note that in the multiple monitors I have running, I'm not seeing an abnormal CPU, RAM, or disk I/O spike.
