3 Network cards

I want to have two internal network cards. Do I have to either put them on separate subnets or aggregate them? 

If I aggregate them do I just plug them both into the same hub?

Ideally I would like to connect one to a gigabit PC
and put the other on a 100mb hub. 

If I do that do I have to go to all the trouble of duplicating all the subnet settings? Is there an easy way to do this? Why can't I just have them on different IPs on the same subnet?

(Is bridging something I might want to do? I can't find that option anywhere in the setup - only in the help.)

    Hi,

    I'm not a fan of using bridging in place of a proper switch.

    If the PC is NOT on the same subnet as the switch (e.g. it's on it's own LAN/DMZ), you can connect the PC directly to the new interface.

    Otherwise, you can use link aggregation, if your switch supports it.

    However, there's no point unless your uplink is faster than 100mbps, and you'll need a fast CPU in the UTM to keep up.

    Ok I just put the PC on a different subnet. All seems to be working now. Not sure my cheap hub could handle the aggregation anyway.

    Does your switch supports management (Layer 2 or 3) ?
    If not probably cannot handle link aggregation.
