HyperV Restore

I have a HyperV test server that was running Sophos UTM. I added a new RAID controller and decided set the HyperV host back up. When I restored the exported VM for the UTM I cannot access the UTM via the web admin. I believe the interfaces aren't assigned correctly. How can I check these from the console login?

I also tried a clean install and a restore from backup the UTM created but I ended up with the same results. Is there an extra step that needs to be taken in order for new interfaces to come up correctly?

'joe' and 'vi' (vim) are available on the console/ssh terminal.

joe is WordStar keystroke compatible, if that means anything to you; CTRL-k-h will bring up a help screen.
Or it has other modes:
Several variants of the editor are installed by default in addition to "joe": "jmacs" (emulate GNU-EMACS), "jstar" emulate WordStar, "jpico" emulate the Pine mailer editor

Note making changes on the console may void your support; save a config backup to your PC first.
