Error on Boot from CD

I am trying to install the latest version UTM Home. I have tried another hard drive in the HP desktop. Also, tried burning the ISO at 4x and 8x speeds.

Boot:
 [ 0.623649] drivers/rtc/hctosys.c: unable to open rtc device (rtc8) 
 INIT: version 2.86 booting

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    We'll start with the simple stuff and go from there.

    - Did you verify the md5 checksum (http://www.sophos.com/en-us/support/utm-downloads.aspx) against the ISO you downloaded?  Maybe it got corrupted in transit.

    - Did you download the software or hardware ISO?  If the name of the ISO begins with ASG, it is correct.  If SSI, you have the wrong one.

    A couple of years ago, another user experienced the same exact issue.  In his case, he had to try a couple of different cd/dvd drive to find one that would work.
