UTM AWS for DR

We're in the process of configuring AWS as a disaster recovery site. I've created an AWS based BYOL UTM instance. If I upload our licsense file and back up config to test and amke sure everything is working will it break licensing on our 220?
We will only have the AWS instance started in the case of our data center and its UTM220 being offline. So normally we will only be using the licnse on one "device" at a time.

A license for a 220 will not work on a virtual instance. The licenses are "hardware" specific.
