Hi,
For 2 of our customers we have a problem with the pattern up2date (IPS/AV). The appliances can't download them so the bandwidth is saturated until I put the process in manual installation mode.
if I "update patterns now", it can't download them too... :-(
The only way I found is to manually upload the pattern on the applicance via SCP... But I don' t want to do this for all the future updates...
Where can I find the last pattern ? Must I install the patterns between the one on the appliance and the last one ?
Actually : current : 71798 last : 74904
It seems that they can't download correctly the updates :
http://184.72.238.199/asg/v9/man9/u2d-man9-9.79-80.patch.tgz.gpg Checksum mismatch with downloaded file
I want to browse "184.72.238.199/.../" to manually find the updates but I can't.
I don't think it is WAN related because I can manually download from a computer inside the customer network and the installation is successful with the file downloaded.
Anyone has the same issue ?
PS : sorry for my english.
