I am new to the forum and I coming over to Sophos after may years of using Sonicwalls. I have 4 varying version of UTMs (SG 330, 125s, 135) that I am setting up for our offices. In configuring the 135 I have gotten locked out. Presently I know the ip of the UTM as I can see it on the VGA monitor. I having a small switch with just the 135 UTM and a laptop connected. I have verified the laptop having the right ip configuration. The browser returns "this page can't be displayed" I did not set the loginuser pw or the root pw. I have also tried kb 115346. However when I get to the point of entering passwd loginuser at step 11, the keyboard no longer functions. I have called support but have gotten no response. Any help would be appreciated.
