UTM9.3 SW & IView

Hi

I am looking for some expert to advise if I could run UTM 9.3 & I view within two virtual
spaces, on the hardware below. 

Also is the spec ok for UTM 9.3 to run in non virtual mode on said hardware (Iview on seperate box)?

Usage is for a low-medium throughput approx 8Gb per day, 3-4 users
