USB 3G modem

i have installed sophos utm 9.3
everything is working fine except the secondary 3g dongle.
the device which is connected is Huawei EC156
its not detected in Hardware list, rebooted few times too
please help me.

Could mean that there isn't driver support for this model. If you have a paid license, contact support.

I would get a cradlepoint.com device. Takes all the hit and miss out and presents ethernet to the UTM
