Newbie's questions on how to design home lab using Sophos

Hi,
I am new to Sophos - switching over from pfSense. I am planning on installing Sophos UTM on a HP Microserver Gen8 v2 (Xeon processor) with 8Gb RAM. I may get it to 16Gb. I am planning on virtualizing it using Windows 2012 R2 Hypervisor.

The main issue that I need to overcome is the 50 IP limit. Currently, I am 64 IPs. I work for a software company and I am remote employee. So I have a home lab that is pretty much always on.

I am trying to figure out how to build the home lab so that I have a "DMZ, LAN, and WiFi" environments. I am thinking of something like this:

[Internet] --> [Sophos] ---> [DMZ]
                        |
                        |---->[LAN]
                        |___> [WiFi] + [Guest-Wifi]

My whole house is hard wired. I only use Wifi for Kids tablets and cell phones.

Is it possible to setup a part of the network that would cause me to go over the 50 IP limit? Part of my LAN environment includes couple of ESXi servers with about 10-12 VMs which are all designed to be reimaged as I break them. So I dont really care if they are covered by UTM or not.

Is this possible or I am just over-complicating my life?

Thanks for your help.

Cheers
