[Licensing]Home license - Can I re-use it?

Hello,

I have a home license installed on a Hyper-V virtual machine,

I was wondering if I can copy this VM for some testing purposes, so it won't disturb my network if I do.
Can I re-use this license? the home licenses seem to be limited, 1 per user/account.

my questio short: Is there any limit in installs that can be done with this home license?

    I am using the same home license in my virtual lab on three different UTMs without any problem, they are connected to the Internet and are updating regularly.

    Obviously it is technically possible, I didn't know that it violates Terms of Use, but since it is not used in production only for testing and education I think it is ok.

    yeah, I planned it for education & testing some practices I've learned the last few weeks,
    which I can't implement directly in my current setup as they will have a huge impact on how things work right now.

    I guess 1 active means I can clone & run, if the other 1 is shut down completely?
    OR is it just 1 concurrent install, running or not?

    Just running.  As you'll just be using it only for occasional testing purposes, it's not a huge deal and the Sophos police won't come knocking at your door.  If you want to be 100% on the up and up, just create yourself a new MyUTM account (different email address) and generate a separate Home license under that account.  You can then use them both at the same time without concern.

    I will request another license, as I will be testing some things for someone else too(questions like "hey, can that UTM handle this case, or this?").
