URL access problem with version 9.210-20

Hello,
I have a problem for accessing to this URL with UTM version 9.210-20
Suppressed
I have a time-out return. The request was successfull with version 9.209-8.
Maybe javascript or ActiveX problem with new UTM version.
Can someone help me to find how to correct the problem ?

Thanks to ignore my threat. It was a problem with network analyser that blocked this request.
