Can't update to 9.3

What does the log for up2date say while it is sitting at 1% ?   I had the same issue yesterday trying to update it manually as the automatic updates were broken.  The progress bar set at 1% for a long time but found out from the log that the firmware version had a conflict as I added 9.304 manually and it said that first needed 9.210020.

after putting the correct one it asked for it took them both sequentially one after the other and rebooted.  All is ok now and auto update seems to work again.

View log files is blank, do you know the path i can look using SSH?

My system:  Current firmware version: 9.210-20

I'm running 9.210  Manually download 9.304 and 0.305 from ftp site.  Tried the 304 first, hangs at 1%, does nothing.  SSH into firewall remove 304 update file, reboot and try the 305, it goes to 3% and then nothing.

Went ahead and removed all up2date files from firewall and reboot, comes up just find in 9.210

If you want to check the logs from shell then go to /var/log/up2date/2015...  and check the latest file under that path.
