Licensing Issues

Hello,
This is my first post here![:)] I recently just built a custom system to create a home UTM. We use the actual UTM's at my IT company. I love them so much I must have one at home. Alas, when entering my license for this, the system accepts it. However, all of the features state that my license does not support these features. 

I have even used my co-workers known good license just for testing, with the same results. I built a micro ITX system for this to keep down on power consumption and space. I believe is it something hardware related as this is the only common denominator. My hardware is as follows:

Asus micro itx AM1I-A  
AMD Athlon 5350 
Sandisk 64GB SSD
TP-link TG-3468 PCI network card
2GB Kingston 1600mhz Ram

Please let me know of any ideas as to why I cannot get this licensing issue to allow me to enable features. Thank you for any insight you may have. Hopefully this is not a hardware related issue but it's the only thing I can think of at this point.

    64-bit should be fine.  Try this:  log into the My UTM portal (myutm.sophos.com), click on view licenses, scroll to the bottom under Home Use License, click on your license.  What does it show for the Status, Start Dates, and End Dates for the subscriptions?

    Checked the license in the portal. All looked well. After playing around with it some more I have found the issue. Turns out since this is a brand new build and never had a running OS on the internet. I forgot to look at the BIOS time clock. It was set to 2021 from the factory. Thus resulting in an "expired" license for me in the SOPHOS OS. Adjusted correct time in BIOS and all is well. The weird thing is it did not tell me it was an expired license when I applied it. Only that my license did not support these features, which was misleading. Thank you for your help with this matter, and I  hope this helps someone with an out of the box build.

    To avoid this in the future always deploy a NTP setting in your builds. I always use this pool service as a start if the client doesn't have a internal time service:
    pool.ntp.org: the internet cluster of ntp servers
