savi up2date not working

Due to http proxy restarting and the smtp proxy having issues with the antivirus (had to disable ALL antivirus scanning to have http and smtp proxy running) I was trying to update all engines, system and definitions, but am faced with the following when trying to do
auisys.plx --verbose[/QOUTE] 

The log tells me:

Is there any command you can run to 'fake' the version of the savi signature, so it re-deploys the 9.6363 and higher updates?

    "/home/login" implies that you're not acting as root. Do su - and enter the root password.  Any luck then?

    thanks for the quick response.

    I am running the command as root, I guess I su'd instead of su - 'd...
    The command runs fine, just complains about the 'current' (and required) version...
    This is a patch. Setting required_version to 9.6397

    Is there a way to force the update, to manually install the required version, to reinstall the savi-package, ....? Anything to get the update working again.
    It affects our http and smtp proxy in a disturbing way... half of the mails aren't coming in or going out due to the antivirus engine errors while scanning mails...

    If you aren't seeing Astaro:/root # in the command line, you aren't at root.  Did you cd /home/login after changing to root?

    Hi Bob,

    he ran 'su' instead of 'su -', which means he's root but the current directory doesn't get changed, etc.

    the '#' in the prompt indicates root.
